Our outfitter lease or owns approximately 100,000 acres of exclusive private land near the town of Broadus, MT.  He has excellent waterhole hunting and the shot opportunity is usually 100%.  Hunting is usually over waterholes from pop up blinds.

Food and Lodging

Food and lodging is included in the hunt price and consists of a mobile home or cabin & home cooked meals.

Trophy Bow Pronghorn Antelope

Mature bucks generally range from 70-75 inches but you will need to pass the smaller bucks to shoot a buck of this size.  There is usually 100% shooting.  

Licenses

Licenses are available on a draw basis and the application deadline is June 1.  The cost of the license is approximately $215.

Season Dates

The season opens August 15 and runs into September.

Gillette Wyoming Antelope Hunt                  

$1900 (food and motel extra)

 We have a new excellent Wyoming antelope outfitter. The hunting area is near Gillette in unit 23. My outfitter leases about 16-18,000 acres of private BOWHUNTING ONLYexclusive land. Hunting is from portable blinds over waterholes.

Trophy Quality and Success Rate

This area has an incredible population of antelope and you should see from 30-100 antelope come to water each day.  The success rate has been 100% for several years and you should get multiple shots. The success rate for Pope & Young bucks has been 85-90% with bucks generally averaging 70-74 inches.

Licenses

Licenses are undersubscribed in the area and you should have no problem drawing a tag (March 15 deadline). There are usually even leftover tags after the initial drawing. You can also shoot an additional doe for no extra charge (except the license).

Hunt Price - $1900 for 4 days (food and lodging extra)

The season begins Aug. 15 and the price of the 4 day hunt is $1900.  Food and motel are extra and you would stay in Gillette and the hunting area is just south of there. The outfitter is a serious bowhunter himself.

This outfitter leases approximately 75,000 acres in southeast Wyoming with excellent waterhole hunting for antelope.  Hunting is generally from pop up blinds set up over the waterholes.

Food and lodging is included in the hunt price and there is a main lodge with three cabins.

Trophy Quality and Success Rate

There is usually 100% shooting with an average of 90% success.  Mature bucks generally range from 70-75 inches but you will need to pass the smaller bucks to shoot a buck of this size.

Licenses

Licenses are available on a draw basis and the application deadline is March 15.  Hunters have 100% chance of drawing with the SPECIAL license which costs $526.  Or you can draw the lower priced tag if you have one preference point.

Season Dates

The season opens August 15 and runs into September.
